FUKUSHIMA (TR) – Fukushima Prefectural Police busted a sex service and hotel in Sendai for doing business without a proper license, reports the Fukushima Minyu Shimbun (Nov. 17).

On Wednesday, police arrested two male employees of so-called “delivery health” service Heroine USA for allegedly dispatching a female employee, 28, to AKB Hotel to provide sex services to a male customer.

One of the arrested male employees also serves as the head of AKB Hotel. According to police, the hotel was masquerading as a business hotel while accommodating the business of Heroine USA — a violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses regarding zoning.

The female employee and one other person were also arrested. All four suspects admit to the allegations.
