KANAGAWA (TR) – Police have arrested a government tax worker for allegedly exposing himself on a road here on Sunday, TBS News reported (November 6).

A woman in her 20s called Kanagawa Prefectural Police saying she saw Daiki Yoshida, 22, expose the lower half of his body at around 4:20 p.m. on a road in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Police said a nearby officer on patrol apprehended Yoshida, who works at the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau.

Yoshida was quoted by police as admitting to charges of public indecency, and is now being questioned for his motives.
