TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have busted a Chinese massage parlor in the Yotsuya area of Shinjuku Ward for licensing violations, reports TBS News (Oct. 19).

Police arrested Zeng Lina, a 26-year-old employee at parlor Hanamizuki, for providing a male customer, 39, with sex services on Monday evening in a private room in violation of the adult-entertainment law regarding location of business operations.

Lina, a Chinese national, denies the allegations. “A massage including sex was not given,” the suspect is quoted by police.

The parlor earns approximately 80,000 yen in revenue each day, police said.

According to its web site, the parlor offers traditional Chinese oil massages and full body washes.
