Ishikawa cops: Man flipped up girl’s skirt at convenience store

ISHIKAWA (TR) – A man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly flipping up a high school girl’s skirt at a convenience store, the Kanazawa-Naka Police Station said.

The 48-year-old man allegedly flipped up the skirt of a 17-year-old high school girl who was shopping at a convenience store in Kanazawa City at around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, the Sankei Shimbun reports (August 31).

The suspect is denying the charges, claiming he “doesn’t remember.”

Other customers at the store witnessed the act, Kanazawa police said.
