IBARAKI (TR) – Ibaraki Prefectural Police have re-arrested a 31-year-old male day care worker who is suspected of sexually abusing multiple boys, reports TBS News (Aug. 2).

On Tuesday, Shun Sakamoto, the manager of an after-school day-care center, was prosecuted for allegedly touching the lower-half of the body of an elementary school boy at the facility in August of 2014. The suspect also filmed the incident.

Sakamoto, who has been charged with indecent assault, admits to the allegations.

Last month, police first arrested Sakamoto over a similar case involving the sexual abuse of a different elementary school boy in October of last year. During that investigation, an examination of the suspect’s smartphone revealed obscene videos of boys.

Police are now investigating whether Sakamoto committed other crimes at the day-care center.
