TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have busted massage parlor staffed with Chinese attendants in Chuo Ward for licensing violations. The business is also believed to have to ties a criminal syndicate, reports TBS News (July 29).

Police alleged that Masao Aoki, the 67-year-old manager of the parlor, employed a 25-year-old woman, a Chinese national, to supply sexual services to a male company employee, 51, in a private room in violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.

Aoki admits to the allegations.

The parlor, located in the Nihonbashi Ningyocho area, charges 11,000 yen for 100 minutes of services. Since opening in April, the establishment has collected approximately 20 million yen in revenue. Police believe that a portion of the revenue went to an organized crime group.
