TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested the male manager of a massage parlor in Nerima Ward for the inappropriate fondling of female customers, reports TV Asahi (Feb. 16).
In September of last year, the 41-year-old manager of parlor Hasu, a Chinese national, allegedly touched the lower half of the body of a female customer, aged in her 20s, during an oil-massage treatment.
The manager denies the charges, telling police that he did not commit an obscene act.
After the incident took place, the woman lodged a complaint with police. This month, another woman consulted with police about a similar incident at the same parlor.
