HYOGO (TR) – Hyogo Prefectural Police on Thursday evening busted a soapland bathhouse in the Fukuhara brothel quarter of Kobe on charges of prostitution, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Nov. 26).

Police arrested Yasuhide Mashiko, the 60-year-old manager of Club Hoseki, for providing a venue for a female masseuse in her 40s to provide sexual services to a male customer in violation of the Anti-Prostitution Law over a one-week period.

Club Hoseki collects between three and five million yen in sales each month.
