FUKUOKA (TR) – Fukuoka Prefectural Police on Tuesday announced the bust of an adult video (AV) company based in Chuo Ward for the public filming of acts considered obscene, reports the Asahi Shimbun (June 23).

In October and November of 2013, Hideaki Hirano, the 42-year-old president of the unnamed firm, and employee Yuji Yanagisawa, 33, are accused of paying three women to sit on the floor of train cars of the Nishi-Nippon Railroad, expose their chests and lower bodies and urinate.

According to the Chuo Police Station, both suspects have admitted to the allegations.

The company compensated the women 10,000 yen each for the AV performances. In January of last year, the footage appeared in DVDs marketed in the “inappropriate urination” genre.

Police have also filed charges with prosecutors on the three women, aged between 23 and 28, for public obscenity.

The matter came to light after viewers of the DVD filed complaints with Nishi-Nippon Railroad.
