Chiba court prosecutes man involved in raping, filming of 100 drugged women

CHIBA (TR) – On Monday, Four new charges were filed at the Matsudo branch of the Chiba District Court against a man accused of sexually violating women he had drugged, reports Sports Nippon (Feb. 2).

Hideyuki Noguchi, 54, is currently under prosecution for raping and sexually assaulting 21 women between 2012 and November of 2013. Chiba Prefectural Police believe Noguchi is inolved in a total of 40 incidents involving 39 women over that period.

Noguchi found his victims through his Web site and by placing advertisements in newspapers in which he sought participants for a fictitious test of their blood pressure after they consumed alcohol.

The defendant lured interested parties to business hotels or onsen hot springs resorts where he drugged and sexually assaulted them.

Over a two-year period starting in September of 2011, Noguchi is believed to have sexually violated around 100 women — aged between teens and 40s — from Tokyo and the prefectures of Osaka, Chiba, Shizuoka and Tochigi.

The defendant filmed the incidents and uploaded the footage to the Internet where it could be purchased. He reportedly earned 10 million yen in sales.

According to public broadcaster NHK (Feb. 2), Noguchi was first arrested in November of 2013 after a woman discovered footage of herself on the Internet.
