TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Tuesday announced the bust of a Chinese massage parlor in Nerima Ward for licensing violations, reports TBS News (June 10).

On June 6, a 36-year-old male customer is alleged to have received sexual services at Kaetsu Seitai (Esteemed Chiropractic), located near Nerima Station, inside a private room from a female masseuse — a violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.

Officers arrested manager Nobuyoshi Kanda, 43, a Chinese masseuse, 37, and one other suspect.

Kanda has admitted to the charges, while the employee has denied offering sexual services, Nippon News Network (June 10).

According to police, Kaetsu Seitai is staffed with 15 Thai and Chinese nationals and receives about 50 customers daily.

Since October of last year, revenue at the parlor has totaled 100 million yen.
