TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Friday announced the bust of speciality bar in Bunkyo Ward in which the patrons engage in sexual acts, reports Nikkan Sports (May 16).

On Wednesday, officers took the manager of “happening bar” Kun Kun, 36-year-old Hideto Hiramatsu, and two employees on obscenity charges.

Officers also arrested four customers — aged between 28 and 56 — on the premises at the time of the raid.

According to Kun Kun’s Web site, which has since been removed, the club billed itself as “Japan’s biggest.” Male customers must pay 5,000 yen as a membership fee and 8,000 yen to enter. Single women are only charged a 1,000-yen entrance fee.

The establishment, located a five-minute walk from JR Ueno Station, collected 330 million yen since August of 2012, police said.

Female customers can change into a number of costumes, including sailor suits, while men strip down to their underwear.

Kun Kun is outfitted with darkened, private rooms, an SM space with a cage and ropes for bondage. Events featuring performances by adult video stars or themes, such as candles, are held regularly.

Hiramatsu told police that he regularly ties women up with ropes while performing under the name Hajimeki Noko.
