At approximately 6:00 a.m., officers took the main proprietor of Peace, Koji Ishizuki, 41, and two other male and female suspects into custody for operating a casino that provided baccarat and roulette gambling. A total of four baccarat tables and one roulette wheel were seized by police.
Ishizuki has reportedly admitted to the allegations.
The establishment, located in Chuo Ward, has collected 140 million yen in revenue since opening at the end of December, reports Fuji News Network (Feb. 19).
Five customers were also arrested.
According to police, the location of Peace is the same as that of casino Mevius, which was busted in November of last year.
