TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo metropolitan police on Wednesday raided a massage parlor staffed with Chinese masseuses in Chuo Ward for offering sexual services, reports Fuji Network News (Feb. 7).

Officers took Yukihiko Sawai, 59, the manager of Bluebird Part 2, located inside an office building in the Kayabacho area, and one other suspect into custody for allegedly supplying sexual services to customers in private rooms — a violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses regarding location of operations.

Sawai has reportedly denied the allegations. “The girls did it on their own,” he is quoted by police.

According to investigators, Sawai was previously arrested in October of last year on the same charges. He subsequently established Bluebird Part 2, which reportedly generates two million yen in revenue each month.
