Risque management mandatory in maintaining a mistress

March 29, 2010

Shukan Post Apr. 2Men, it seems, are incapable of learning, especially when it comes to controlling their extra-marital affairs. In light of the revelations that a senior superintendent of Tokyo’s Metropolitan Police department was demoted this month for engaging in adulterous activities, Shukan Post (Apr. 2) reports that the real failure was in proper risque management.

Yasuo Nishizawa, 55, headed the MPD’s first criminal investigation division, which often deals with murder and high-degree theft. In spite of being on a “non-career” path, he had previously assumed such other lofty positions as the head of Seijo Police Department, located in Tokyo’s Setagaya Ward, and the section for fingerprinting.

Yet it all came apart following news of a six-year extra-marital relationship with a former female detective. Nishizawa broke it off with the detective (referred to simply as “A-san”) at the end of last year. That’s when the trouble began. She then went over to the dormitory where he stayed, as he lived away from his wife and two daughters, all of whom reside in Tokyo’s Nerima Ward, and began causing a stir. Read more

‘It’s a return!’ — Nikkatsu resurrects ‘roman porno’

March 28, 2010

From the Back, From the Front (© Roman Porno Returns Film Partners)TOKYO (TR) – The promotional flyer says it all: “This is not a remake — it’s a return!”

Four decades ago, struggling studio Nikkatsu shifted its focus from action and gangster films to a form of soft pornography termed “roman porno” (an amalgamation of romance and pornography), a breakthrough genre for a major studio that was characterized by relatively substantial storylines blended with copious nude scenes.

“Danchizuma: Hirusagari no Joji” (Apartment Wife: Afternoon Affair), released in 1971, detailed the erotic extramarital activities of a married woman residing in one of Japan’s infamously bland suburban block-housing units.

“At that time society regarded it as a dirty film,” said the female lead, Kazuko Shirakawa, 62, at a speaking engagement at theater Eurospace in Tokyo’s Shibuya district in February. “It was not ordinary for a woman to be seen naked. The overall content was a bit shocking.” Read more

Tokyo pink salons providing delectable deri heru substitute

March 28, 2010

Shukan Jitsuwa Apr. 8This claim from a fuzoku writer — that is, one specializing in the sex industry — sounded far too appealing for Shukan Jitsuwa (Apr. 8) to ignore: “There’s a pink salon in Otsuka serving more than 200 customers a day. In this economy, that is unbelievable.”

Naturally, the tabloid felt obligated to investigate the premises, located in Tokyo’s Toshima Ward — no name for the establishment is given but a Google search reveals a few candidates — and discovered that Japan’s ongoing deflation has sent cash-strapped patrons stampeding to pink salons in favor of deri heru (out-call) sex services.

For the uninitiated, a pink salon supplies non-coital sexual services, while deri heru call girls are a bit more comprehensive.

“Since last summer, fuzoku prices have fallen like a rock,” says that same sex scribe. “In Tokyo, standard deri heru fees have dropped from 15,000 yen for 60 minutes to 10,000 yen for 40 minutes. The smaller outlay is appealing to customers. But these days, even that can’t top the reasonable fees charged by a pink salon.”

Unlike deri heru, prices have not changed, but the services rendered have been boosted. Patrons can now expect turns with three different ladies — referred to as 花びら回転 (hanabirakaiten, or literally flower petal rotation) — an increase over the two that was once the industry standard. Read more

Rump-ripping rascal romps at the rear gate

March 26, 2010

Shukan Bunshun Apr. 1“I’ve been going with this guy for a month now. He’s very gentle and I’ve got nearly no complaints about our lovemaking, except (blush) sometimes he likes to engage in anal play.”

Thus begins another confession of true lust, in Shukan Bunshun’s (Apr. 1) weekly excerpts from women’s soft porn magazines, in this case the April issue of Ai no Taiken Special Deluxe.

“When I discourage his efforts by redirecting him to my anterior portal, he makes a disappointed pout,” she continues.

“Actually, I had a bit of a hemorrhoid problem for some time, and finally went to the proctologist to get it treated. At first I felt so mortified it felt like my face was all aflame. But when the doctor probed my rectum with his gloved finger I sort of felt sexually stimulated, and began wondering if anal sex would give me a similar sensation. Read more

Don’t leave home without it: Yes, love hotels accept plastic payment

March 26, 2010

Nikkan Gendai Mar. 25“Recently there’s been an increase in customers who pay using credit cards,” writes Shoko Harano, pseudonym of a 36-year-old woman who works at the reception of a love hotel, and who contributes a regular column in Nikkan Gendai (March 25).

According to Harano, males account for about 80 percent of card users. Most of them are older (younger men almost always pay by cash), and typically before paying they will ask what name will appear on the monthly card billing.

Fortunately, it’s rare for love hotels in Japan to bill according to the same name on their outdoor sign. And that’s understandable; after all, who wants to have to explain to his wife a charge from the “Hot Springs Motel” or “Making Whoopie Inn”? In the case of Harano’s employer, for example, the name of a sports gym will appear. (“Honey, I was desperate for a workout and a sauna…”) Read more

Relationship breaker-upper for hire gets his day in Tokyo court

March 24, 2010

Shukan Jitsuwa Apr. 1On March 9, the Tokyo District Court found Takeshi Kuwabara, age 31, guilty of strangling to death Rie Isohata (then age 32) in April of last year.

According to Shukan Jitsuwa (Apr. 1), Kuwabara had met Isohata while employed as a wakararesase-ya (professional relationship destroyer) by a company based in Tokyo’s Toshima Ward. His client, the woman’s estranged husband, had retained the company to break up her cohabitation with a Tochigi man begun two years earlier.

Tailing Isohata into a supermarket, Kuwabara feigned a chance encounter, flashing a brilliant smile followed by this pick-up line: “Excuse me, but might you be able to direct me to a shop around here that sells tasty cheesecake?”

He then introduced himself as a businessman working in the IT sector, and the two hit it off. Read more
