I really don’t understand why the taxi driver would say that Filipinos don’t pay for cab fare when most Filipinos don’t take the cab at all. I also haven’t heard from the news about Filipinos beating any taxi driver or not paying them, all I hear are some crazy Japanese often try to kill them for no reason.

Why doesn’t the author of this report explain WHY they are being raided and shut down??

Operating without a license? Some change in the law? Illegal activities? This seems to happen often in the tabloid press: basic questions are left unanswered.
