		<description>For the big demos, permits are taken out (at least that is supposed to be the case) by the right-wing groups bringing in their trucks. So their initial presence is legal. About the lack of arrests for violence, I have heard there are arrests. Kamijo, the skinhead guy in many of the photos above, told me he has been arrested. My guess is that since there are so many hundreds of right-wingers at the biggest demos the police choose not to arrest anyone.</description>

Have you ever asked the police why they don&#039;t just arrest some of these guys? If the people don&#039;t want them to enter some area, and they have to physically restraint them, they they are unlawfully disobeying police orders. Isn&#039;t that a crime?</description>
