I don't see where NHK is going to get enough people to put together 24 hours of programming. In looking at the program guide for NHK World TV a lot of that programming is bilingual. In fact, most of the daytime news shows appear to be bilingual. The new programming will all be in English. I was wondering the same thing as to personnel.
